Healthy Hot Chocolate
Hot chocolate that is good for you? Wait, what? Yup! Lots of anti-inflammatory spices in this rich chocolately drink! Drink up!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond or other nut milk (unsweetened)
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons raw cacao
pinch sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the ingredients together in a blender.
Transfer to a small pan on the stove.
Heat over medium heat,stirring regularly.
Drink.
NOTES
Remember: raw cacao contains caffeine. Don't drink this too close to bed!
