Healthy Hot Chocolate

Hot chocolate that is good for you? Wait, what? Yup! Lots of anti-inflammatory spices in this rich chocolately drink! Drink up! 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond or other nut milk (unsweetened)

  • 1/4 teaspoon tumeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 Tablespoon honey

  • 2 Tablespoons raw cacao

  • pinch sea salt


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend the ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Transfer to a small pan on the stove.

  3. Heat over medium heat,stirring regularly.

  4. Drink.


NOTES

Remember: raw cacao contains caffeine. Don't drink this too close to bed!
