3 Easy Ways to More Energy Fast!
These are 3 of my fav hot tips to keep you feeling full of energy!
1) Water
Go drink some...right now. I will wait.
You can’t be full of energy if your cells are shriveled, dried up, dehydrated raisins. Water them!
Please drink at least 2 liters of water per day. Start early in the day so you don't have to disturb your sleep during the night with trips to the bathroom.
Keep your cells saturated, your skin dewy and your toxin elimination system flowing.
2) Cut back on caffeine
Try to limit your caffeinated drinks: coffee, tea, matcha etc. to 1-2 per day.
Also, ideally you wouldn't have any caffeine after noon...ok 2 pm at the latest. Why?!
Because the caffeine stays in your system for like 9 hours! That means the coffee or tea you have at 2pm will still be pumping its drug thru your veins at 11pm. It will affect your sleep and your quality of sleep.
So in order for you to rest really well and therefore wake up feeling fresh as a daisy with your well rested, dewy skin from all the water you are drinking, you need to kick the caff earlier in the day.
Remember, decaf still has caffeine. It's not caffeine free.
3) Go to bed earlier
10- 10:30pm would be a great time for you to be turning out the lights for you to get enough good quality sleep.
It's not the ideal time to be sending your friends or family members meme's, reels, or other social media distractions. Netflix binge before 10pm please.
Sleep is crucial for you to be full of energy, for weight loss, for your hydrated, dewy skin to look its best. And when you have had enough sleep, it's way easier to feel energised and therefore cut back on caffeine. Am I right!?
Seriously, commit to these 3 things for 5 days and you will notice your energy sky rocket!
