One of the BIGGEST mistakes

A huge mistake I see people make when they set out to get healthy is:

Setting unrealistic rules/goals for themselves that aren’t sustainable. ❌

Clients come to me and are like, I want to feel healthy so starting tomorrow I’m going to:
- Cut out gluten🥐
- Cut out all sugar🍰
- Cut out dairy🧀
- Go vegan🥦
- Not drink alcohol🍷
- Cut out caffeine☕️
- Exercise 6 days a week🏃🏼‍♀️
- Eat fat free🥗
- Only eat food that has been cooked at home by virgin fairies imported from the top of Mount Everest 🙈

And I’m like whoaaaa slow down there cowgirl 🤠

We have all been there and know how long these crazy plans we make last: about 2 days and then we give up because it’s stupidly hard and 💯 unrealistic.

⭐️ If you set small, realistic, attainable goals for yourself your success rate goes up 💯 and you feel good about yourself because we are crushing your goals and so you keep going and crushing more and more goals🙌

This is way better than feeling defeated, like you have no willpower, it’s too hard and you can’t do it. Which is a crappy way to feel.😩

✨My advice, start small and simple and build on slowly.

And for sure accountability is key.
