I am obsessed with this food!
My favorite food is pizza…wood fired oven pizza to be exact. 🍕
People are always surprised when I say that.
Because I’m a health coach they expect me to say some sort of vegan, gluten free, kale smoothie. 🥬
And for the record, I rarely make smoothies.
So yeah, there it is I said it, I LOVE pizza. LOVE it! 😋
Because I love it so much, it’s a health food for me. 😍
How is pizza a health food you ask? 🤔
Because it makes me so friggin happy when I eat it. It feeds my heart, my soul and my belly. 🤩
I make love to my pizza when I eat it. I savor every bite. 🍽
Living your healthiest life does not need to mean cutting ALL your favorite foods out and never eating them again. 👎🏻
Or surviving off green, kale smoothies.
Eating for the sake of pure pleasure and joy is also healthy.
Following a diet that is so strict that there is no room for your favorite foods is never going to be successful in the longterm because it too restrictive. 🚫
It’s setting yourself up for failure from the start. 🙅♀️
