Which one are you doing?

Are you making your days count or counting your days?

Are you counting your days by:

1. Counting calories?

2. Counting points?

3. Counting how much self loathing to take with you into your day based on how much you ate the day before?

4. How much exercise you need to do to burn off dessert?

5. Counting how many pounds you need to lose to reach the weight where you think you will finally be happy and love yourself (btw if you don’t now, you won’t then)

What if you said bye to all the counting and made your days really count?!

What if you made time to do stuff you love, have fun, eat delicious food and fill up on so much good stuff you don’t have time or the need to count anything else?!

If today was your last day earth side, would you want to spend it counting anything else other than the number of times you laughed, smiled and all your blessings.
