Being healthy doesn’t have to be extreme, super restrictive or hard.

It doesn’t mean you have to drink smoothies. I rarely do.

It doesn’t mean you can’t have coffee. I do everyday. ☕️

It doesn’t mean you can’t eat butter. I love grass-fed butter. 🧈

It doesn’t mean you have go hungry, screw that. 🤤

It doesn’t mean you have to count calories. Ewww, no thanks. 💤

It doesn’t mean you have to eat fat free. Definitely not. I love healthy fat. 🥑

It doesn’t mean you have to kill yourself with cardio. Boring. 🏃🏼‍♀️

It doesn’t mean you have to eat kale. Nope, not unless you want to. 🥬

It doesn’t mean you can’t have pizza. Eat the pizza. 🍕

It doesn’t mean you have to lose weight. A number on the scale doesn’t determine your health. ⚖️
