My Fav Morning Rituals

Morning rituals that start my day off right ✨

1️⃣ I don’t hit the snooze button and hopefully I’m awake before my ⏰

2️⃣ Water 💧 before coffee ☕️. A large glass of water, bonus point for squeeze of lemon and pinch of pink salt.

3️⃣ Meditate before inundate aka I meditate before I turn on my phone and get inundated with information from the outside world. 5-15 minutes of daily meditation is my jam🧘‍♀️

4️⃣ After meditation I open up my journal and free write. I empty my brain, make peace with the world and write a gratitude list of minimum 3 things. Don’t know where to start, gratitude is always a good place. 🙏

5️⃣ After I journal, I roll off my meditation cushion to my yoga mat and have a mini stretch while I finish my coffee. Could be 5 mins or could be 45. But moving my body first thing is key. This could be it for the morning or I might head off to a class, surf or walk outside🏄‍♀️
