Stop doing these 3 things to make your life easier, cooler and ultimately healthier:
1) Stop ingesting seed oils like sunflower, safflower, canola, corn etc. Read your labels.
It’s highly likely that your expensive, vegan nut milk has sunflower oil in it, or your sun dried tomatoes or salad dressing if you aren’t diligent about checking.
2) Stop killing yourself with hours of cardio each week. Focus on building muscle instead for long term health and weight loss goals. Work out smarter.
3) Don’t cut out all carbs. We need some healthy carbs especially as women during certain points of our cycle to balance our hormones.
